It appears we are about to see another boom in construction over the next three years, largely due to projects funded by the federal government. This is great news for those out-of-work skilled workers who have been looking for work in the last few months. The recent slowdown in the number of residential construction projects means that this public works bonanza will be a big shift for some workers, but a small shift for others.
