Teri’s recruitment role evolved from her 15-year career progression in the Caterpillar Dealer network in the US and Canada. She’s managed the recruitment cycle from sourcing and assessing through the training and development process until apprenticeship graduation and beyond.
She has participated in various trades promoting events in both Canada and the USA such as Skills, Women in Trades and various school career fairs. She was instrumental in growing the apprenticeship programs for two Caterpillar dealers and also partnered with Caterpillar Inc in national events promoting the Think Big scholarship program.
What Teri enjoys most about recruiting is the ripple effect of placing the right person in the right role. This positive reverberation of the client’s workplace environment and the life of the hired candidate makes every placement rewarding.
Outside of work Teri enjoys yoga, hiking, writing, creating with color, exploring new places and family time.
