Kael Campbell has extensive experience working in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba’s forestry, utility, power generation, manufacturing, equipment and transportation industries. From recruiting for permanent unionized and non-union maintenance trades positions to large industrial construction projects Kael’s recruiting has focused on finding the best trades and industrial management from across Canada to fill a position.
Kael Campbell is a Human Resource professional with a Bachelors in Business Administration, a concentration in Human Resource Management and specialization in social psychology. Kael has been a member of BC Human Resources Management Association (BC HRMA) for 13 years. Kael volunteers for BC HRMA primarily leading workshops and writing. Kael has basic skills with German, Irish/Gaelic, and can say hello and Merry Christmas in Danish!
In the community Kael is the Vice President of the Victoria Marine Rescue Society – RCMSAR 35, Secretary of the Victoria Dragon Boat Society, Membership chair of Entrepreneurs Organization Victoria Chapter. Kael often volunteers with the Human Resource Management Association and local universities and colleges helping new graduates and the underemployed with their job search. Kael can often be found enjoying his free time Salmon and Halibut fishing, mountain biking, four wheel drive camping, back country skiing, scuba diving, stand up paddle boarding and exploring B.C. with family.
