Criselda Dimailig

Criselda Dimailig holds a Bachelor in Arts in Communication from Miriam College (formerly Maryknoll College) and a Certificate in Teaching Profession from the Philippine Normal University. She is currently working on her Master of Arts in Education with an English Language Teaching specialization from the same university. She has an extensive background in customer service, having been in the BPO industry for more than eight years, and provides administrative support for our recruiters. Criselda is fluent in Filipino and English, and has basic Spanish skills. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, singing, reading novels, playing the piano and doing crafts like crochet and scrapbooks.
