Nova Scotia is one of Canada’s three Maritime Provinces and constitutes one of the four Atlantic Canada provinces. Located almost exactly halfway between the Equator and the North Pole, its provincial capital is Halifax. There are a few activities that must be experienced in Nova Scotia! Tidal bore rafting on the highest tides in the world, and great year-round surfing are just a few examples.
