Wage: $80K – $90K + depending on experience

Shifts: Monday – Friday 8 am – 4 pm.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Background as HVAC Tech, Trainer, or Tech Support
- Familiarity with HVAC products, service and commissioning
- HVAC or related trades certification
- Experience working with general contractors and mechanical contractors
- Occasional travel required, candidate must be able to travel throughout the USA and Canada
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Problem solver with a strong sense of helping customers
- Takes accountability and shows initiative
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide service diagnostic assistance for troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of HVAC issues
- Handle phone and email requests addressing technical questions with professionalism
- Maintain excellent relationships with external vendors and internal customers
- Process, track, and review warranty service orders in a timely manner for completion, accuracy and verified criteria
- Maintain warranty claim records
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of products returned for warranty
- Hands-on technical modifications on equipment when required
