This 50+ year established client provides operational building services to varied facilities including health care, data centers, airports, educational, government real estate sectors. They are expanding their HVAC team due to business expansion and have an opening for a 313A ticketed Mechanic with extensive experience who can hit the ground running.

Wage: $50 – $60 hourly DOE.

Hours: Mon – Fri day shift with on call rotation

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning license
  • Ontario Freon Handling (ODP) license
  • G2 ticket – G1 preferred
  • Service background in varied facilities and systems
  • Commitment to excellence and pride of workmanship
  • Effectively and professionally interact with clients, tenants, management, and staff
  • Experience preparing cost estimates and managing projects
  • Valid DL with clean driving record maintained
  • Sees the value of teamwork in a culture where everyone knows your name

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Field service primarily in GTA and surrounding areas
  • Perform all duties related to Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems work according to applicable codes and safety regulations across all client sites.
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of new and retrofitted plant equipment for continuous safe uninterrupted operations.
  • Perform routine scheduled maintenance on equipment
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
