Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations – develop strategies to improve territory performance
- Total P&L responsibility – current territory revenue in excess of $1.5 million
- Develop a team of service professionals throughout the island starting with Victoria
- Hiring and managing payroll
- Equipment / parts inventory management
