Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed Journeyman Plumber preferred but experience without will be considered
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Motavated entrepreneurial mindset
• Desire to function as a business owner 
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Pride of workmanship / ownership
• Remediation experience would be beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations – develop strategies to improve territory performance
• Total P&L responsibility – current territory revenue in excess of $2.2 million
• Leadership of current team and expansion of territory
• Hiring and managing payroll
• Equipment / parts inventory management
