Parts & Services Sales Representative – Mining – Spruce Grove, Alberta with remote option

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of mining equipment including rope shovels, Caterpillar, Komatsu and Hitachi hydraulic excavators
  • Familiarity with mining industry and oil sands
  • Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment
  • Sales minded with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to effectively connect with customers and build long term relationships
  • Computer proficiency – CRM, Microsoft Office, Teams
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Ability to travel to customer sites throughout Canada
  • Valid passport for for USA mining shows 
  • Drug, alcohol and criminal check required for some sites

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide customer support while selling parts and services to the mining industry throughout Canada
  • Know and understand the customers’ equipment and requirements and be able to make recommendations
  • Develop and pursue sales opportunities 
  • Take ownership of this new and evolving role so that it develops productively 
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
