Position Overview: As the Maintenance & Reliability Senior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations and ensuring the reliability of our equipment and machinery. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and strategic planning to optimize maintenance processes and minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective maintenance activities.
  2. Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability, including preventive maintenance programs, predictive maintenance techniques, and reliability-centered maintenance methodologies.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to identify maintenance needs, assess performance, and prioritize maintenance activities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to coordinate maintenance activities, plan shutdowns, and minimize disruptions to production.
  5. Manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve departmental objectives and meet performance targets.
  6. Utilize data analytics and maintenance management systems to track equipment performance, analyze maintenance trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the maintenance department, encouraging employee engagement and participation in process enhancements.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in maintenance and reliability to drive innovation and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance and reliability management, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of implementing maintenance strategies, improving equipment reliability, and optimizing maintenance processes.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS), predictive maintenance technologies, and reliability engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental regulations relevant to industrial operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, perform root cause analysis, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
