Account Executive, SMB Sales – Concord, CA

Join a team known for innovation in customer service and technology. As an Account Executive, you’ll build relationships, prospect, and close deals in underserved markets. This hunter role requires you to exceed sales quotas through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.

Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent. Hybrid (office + field sales)

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $57,420 – $77,640 (dependent on location, qualifications, and experience)
  • Annual bonus or periodic sales incentives
  • Annual Stock Grant eligibility

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years in new customer acquisition sales, preferably commissioned.
  • Skills: Task management, customer service, communication, negotiation, and proposal writing.
  • Travel: Yes
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management.
  • Utilize sales automation and funnel management tools.
  • Attend training and sales meetings.

Skills and Abilities: 

  • Persistent with strong communication skills
  • B2B sales background
  • Experience with C-level sales, contracts, and technology sales
