Interview Questions and Preparation (Part 1)

Being prepared for interviews will boost your confidence so you can effectively  demonstrate to the employer what motivates you, what your strengths are, and what your personality is like.  If you are getting the interview, then it means that, on paper, you have the skills and experience they are looking for!
Look at the job ad that was posted – what matters to the employer, and what skills and experience are most important? Focus on these key areas when practicing interview questions, and preparing responses to behavioral based questions.
