Journeyperson Cabinet Maker (ideal but not required).
Valid Class 5 Drivers license.
First Aid Certification.
Minimum of 5+ years of woodworking.
Minimum of 3+ years managing a woodshop while directly managing a minimum of 5 employees.
Coating and spray experience (ideal but not required).
Skills and Abilities:
Strong mechanical aptitude related to maintenance and repair of various tools and machines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee scheduling, training, supervision, and discipline.
Manage in-shop safety program.
Quantify each operation process and set target processing time for each cabinet.
Define internal quality controls and checks.
Develop machine maintenance plans for annual, monthly, weekly and daily activities.
Other duties as required.
