Salary: $40 hourly for 35 hours per week

Trigrand Inc. was created to service the construction and restoration industry with superior quality, workmanship and customer service. We are focused on the Building Restoration industry and are capable of providing a wide range of exterior building envelope repair services. We have worked with hundreds of clients for residential buildings in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Construction Technician will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation for the company’s construction and restoration projects.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Assist with preparing and updating construction drawings, sketches, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site visits to take measurements and gather information on existing conditions.
- Participate in site inspections to monitor construction and restoration work.
- Assist with preparing material quantity calculations, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Help prepare project schedules and monitor construction progress.
- Inspect construction materials and completed work for quality and conformity with project requirements.
- Prepare site reports and maintain records of measurements, deficiencies, and project progress.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience: 3 years of work experience in the position
Education: Completion of College or other non-university certificate or diploma.
Language: Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
