Salary: $38.50 hourly for 35 hours per week

Trigrand Inc. was created to service the construction and restoration industry with superior quality, workmanship and customer service. We are focused on the Building Restoration industry and are capable of providing a wide range of exterior building envelope repair services. We have worked with hundreds of clients for residential buildings in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating restoration crews, installers, tradespersons and labourers at residential and commercial project sites. The position organizes work schedules, monitors quality and safety, coordinates materials and subcontractors, resolves site issues and prepares progress reports.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise restoration crews, installers and labourers at residential and commercial project sites.
- Review project drawings and work orders, assign tasks and organize daily work schedules.
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, suppliers and project management personnel.
- Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Resolve site delays, workmanship concerns and other operational issues.
- Arrange for the required construction materials, tools, equipment and supplies.
- Train workers on job procedures, equipment use, workplace safety and company policies.
- Monitor employee performance and prepare reports on project progress, labour and materials.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Experience: 3 years of work experience in construction, renovation or building restoration, including experience supervising or leading workers
Education: Completion of secondary school
Language: Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
