Job Description:

Parker Johnston Ltd. is looking for 25 Sheet Metal Installers (Architectural Sheet Metal Panels & Metal Cladding) who can efficiently assist in the daily operations of our business. This position entails working in a physically demanding and fast-paced outdoor environment. Work is done at heights. 

Main Duties include: 

  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Measure and mark sheet metal according to template
  • Fit and join sheet metal parts
  • Cut materials using power tools or by hand
  • Install sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes

Employment Requirements: 

  • Completion of High School (Secondary School)
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience required
  • Sheet Metal Worker Trade Certification is preferred, but not required
  • Must have own transportation to get to and from job/project sites
  • Must have (or obtain) own steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves and tools
  • Ability to handle and lift heavy loads
