What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver safe, high-quality care to patients based on individualized needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate on care plans
  • Document observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately
  • Educate patients and families in both English and Spanish as needed
  • Supervise LPNs, PCAs, and other support personnel
  • Participate in shift handoffs, huddles, and performance improvement efforts

 

Areas of Assignment May Include:

  • Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg)
  • Emergency Department
  • Cardiac Care / Telemetry
  • Women’s and Children’s Services (NICU, L&D, Pediatrics)
  • Perioperative / PACU

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Nursing degree from an accredited school in Puerto Rico
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (Puerto Rican citizenship qualifies)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • NCLEX not required to apply — job offer contingent upon passing
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification or willingness to obtain
