Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism and related disorders? Join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where your expertise will support significant positive changes in the lives of clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in one-on-one sessions with clients, implementing personalized goals from treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to monitor and report progress.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to encourage positive behavioral changes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of client interactions.
- Stay informed on current research and advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions.
- Strong grasp of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Commitment to making a meaningful impact on the lives of children.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to clear state and federal background checks.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RBT credential.
- Experience in ABA therapy.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Current fingerprint clearance card.
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
- Previous experience working with children.
