Join a dedicated team committed to making a significant impact in the lives of children with Autism and related disorders. As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will be instrumental in implementing effective strategies and fostering positive changes in our clients’ lives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one sessions, executing personalized goals from treatment and behavior intervention plans.
- Engage with parents, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support and assess client progress.
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies and innovative techniques to drive positive behavioral outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each client session.
- Stay informed on the latest advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience in working with children diagnosed with Autism or similar conditions.
- Proficient understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A strong desire to positively influence children’s lives.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Successful completion of State and Federal Background Checks
- Physical capability to routinely lift 25 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RBT Credential
- Experience in ABA
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
- Possession of an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Previous experience working with children
