Key Responsibilities:

Lead and maintain quality assurance processes in a precision machining environment

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Drive process improvement initiatives to elevate quality standards

Interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and test procedures

Utilize CMM programming and GD&T to ensure product accuracy and reliability
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal forming or manufacturing

Proficiency in CMM programming and GD&T

Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation
