Project Manager- Commercial
- Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.
- Minimum 5 years construction experience
- Self-starter
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.
- Compensation: $115K-$125K. plus bonuses, open for discussion and dependent on experience
- Must provide project list showcasing commercial project experience
