Skills & Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Plumber in the state of New York
- A leader of yourself and others

- Pride of workmanship / ownership
- Experience leading a team of Plumbing Techs either running your own business or withing an organization.
- Solid interest in being a business owner with ability to do so
Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations – develop strategies to continue the success of this territory’s performance
- Take the lead on continued expansion of the territory and development of the team
- Total P&L responsibility – current territory revenue in excess of $5.5 million
- Leadership of current team and expansion of territory
- Hiring and managing payroll
- Equipment / parts inventory management
