A leading Florida-based law firm is actively seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Partner to join its thriving Tampa office. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a team of Board-Certified Construction attorneys on high-stakes, complex construction disputes representing a broad range of industry clients.
What We’re Looking For

8–12 years of dedicated experience in construction law and litigation

Proven ability to independently manage a complex caseload, including depositions, hearings, and client strategy

Strong academic credentials and exceptional litigation and writing skills

Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Demonstrated courtroom confidence and client-facing communication skills

Portable business is highly preferred but not required

Must be comfortable working in-office in a highly collaborative environment
