Position Overview:
Are you someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working independently? As a Medical Service Technician, you’ll be on the front lines, delivering essential medical equipment, educating patients, and ensuring they feel confident and supported in their care.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide top-notch service while following all company policies and healthcare regulations
- Manage your service territory efficiently, delivering and setting up equipment as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on proper equipment use and care
- Accurately process and complete orders in a timely manner
- Maintain and service home oxygen systems and other medical devices
- Handle emergency equipment needs and patient concerns with professionalism
- Promote our services to referral sources as appropriate
- Support quality improvement efforts and maintain accurate documentation
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with medical certification
- Clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with home medical equipment is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
