We’re partnering with a global manufacturing client that builds top-tier appliances with precision, pride, and consistency. They’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer – Electrical who can work hands-on with production and quality teams to identify problems, solve them quickly, and elevate performance across the line.
This isn’t a desk-bound role. You’ll be in the mix—analyzing issues, making decisions, improving processes, and ensuring every unit meets the mark.
What You’ll Do

Dig into product quality issues tied to electrical and electromechanical systems

Own root cause analysis and drive corrective action from start to finish

Collaborate directly with manufacturing, engineering, and quality to improve outcomes

Develop clear, usable documentation and standardized processes

Support production audits, testing, and compliance activities

Participate in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives

Train staff, reinforce quality best practices, and raise the bar across the floor
What You Bring
-
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Tech, or similar

2+ years in a hands-on manufacturing environment (appliance or electromechanical preferred)

Solid understanding of electromechanical systems and how to improve them

Experience with tools like root cause analysis, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Strong communicator who knows how to work across teams and get things done

Bonus: experience with CAD tools, quality systems (FMEA, APQP), and understanding of sheet metal and assembly operations
