The Director of Manufacturing is responsible for providing functional leadership across the company’s manufacturing footprint in the region, covering multiple plants. This leader will also serve directly as Plant Manager for a facility in Philadelphia, ensuring safe, reliable, cost-effective operations at the company’s flagship site. The incumbent oversees Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality, embedding a Lean, TQM, and continuous improvement culture across the plants. They are accountable for delivering operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction while coaching high-performing teams. The role also partners closely with the Regional Supply Chain Director and cross-functional leaders to deliver on time, in full, at the expected quality.
ERP system knowledge required (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
Demonstrated use of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, VSM).
Experience with ISO 9001 or comparable certifications.
