About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our night shift operations at our advanced manufacturing facility in Twin Falls, ID. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in automation, equipment maintenance, and team development within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise night shift maintenance operations, ensuring equipment is maintained to basic conditions using AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM (Planned Maintenance) systems.
- Execute and uphold TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) standards, including breakdown maintenance and progressive maintenance steps.
- Utilize problem-solving tools and the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Adjust) methodology to drive continuous improvement.
- Coach and qualify team members in Standard Work Processes (SWPs) and lead role development across the line.
- Prioritize tasks and deliver results with excellence and accountability.
- Maintain strong communication and documentation using MS Office and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems in food production equipment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or equivalent leadership experience.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.
- Experience with CMMS and TPM methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
