Wage: Base Salary:
Hourly Rate: $40.39–$41.74 (36 hours/week) – unionized
New union agreement with higher wages effective January 2026

- Weekly rotation between days and nights
- Rotate between Mon/Tues/Wed and Thurs/Fri/Sat
- Saturday is premium time:
- 8 hours at 1.5x pay

- Regular schedule includes two Sat rotations per month
- Night shift premium: +$1.15/hr, with two night rotations per month
- Option for additional holiday and weekend overtime

The Work
You’ll join a skilled maintenance team keeping high-volume production equipment running safely and reliably. Work includes:
- Corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment
- Troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Working on gearboxes, pumps, and complex automated packaging systems
- Maintaining fillers, labellers, depalletizers, packers, centrifuges, and other production machinery
- Following strict safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
What You Bring
- Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) or Machinist
- Comfortable with rotating days/nights and optional overtime
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability (3+ years preferred)
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset
- Welding and/or machining experience helpful
- Reliable, self-driven, and safety-focused
- Solid English communication skills
- Able to work with computerized maintenance systems
