Squamish, BC is situated on the Sea to Sky Highway between Vancouver (1-hour drive south) and Whistler (1:45 north). This active, mountain community is known for its recreational activities such as rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking, and more. Salary: Negotiable, based on experience $35 – $40 p/h plus benefits package.

Shifts: Work hours are flexible to keep up with the workflow, but the general hours are starting at 7:30 am and finish at approximately 4:00 pm.


  • Red Seal or BC Journey-level Cabinet Maker Certification or at least 10 years of experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in residential millwork. 
  • Veneer work experience an asset.
  • A positive solution-oriented attitude at work.
  • Knowledge of the 32mm kitchen system is a major asset.
  • CAD / CAM skills are a bonus.
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.
  • Excellent decision-making, planning, judgement and reporting skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulations in the field of safety, working conditions, and quality.
  • Ability to read/understand complex drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble to .2 mm tolerances
  • Willing to listen & learn as you will be continually dealing with new designs 
  • Coordinate with other fabricators for efficient workflow.
  • Take direction and follow process policy well. 
  • Keep a clean shop.
  • Other duties as required.
