Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time.

Salary: Depending on Experience.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, days with flexibility for industry demands. 


  • At least 5 years of experience in a heavy machinery/agriculture equipment dealership or related industry. 

  • At least 2 years managing sales, service and parts departments. 

  • Experience with CDK Heavy Equipment Dealer Management System would be a strong asset.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to motivate and lead the sales team. 

  • Ability to work autonomously. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

  • Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

  • Proven problem-solving skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the Branch’s financial performance, primarily margins and costs, and identify action items to address any shortfall in net income.

  • Acquire a deep understanding of our product portfolio, the market potential, our customers’ needs, and also ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, with a high level of integrity and a focus on customer service.

  • Promote a Branch environment of excellent customer service 

  • Efficiently manage the Branch’s capital investment related to demo, new, used and rental equipment, as well as parts, to minimize the risk of obsolescence as well as carrying cost.
