POSITION SUMMARY:
Plasterers will support residential and commercial projects across the GTA by delivering interior and exterior plastering and stucco finishes as part of renovation and restoration work. This role requires reliability, technical competence, and a commitment to quality workmanship while working collaboratively on active construction sites.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and clean surfaces prior to plaster application, ensuring proper adhesion
- Measure and combine plaster materials to achieve the required working consistency
- Apply and finish plaster coats using hand and spray tools to produce smooth, even surfaces
- Complete detailed finishing at corners and angles to meet project quality standards
- Allow and manage proper curing of plastered areas to ensure long-term durability
- Inspect completed surfaces to maintain consistent thickness, texture, and appearance
- Follow established safety practices and jobsite procedures
- Maintain plastering tools and equipment in clean and proper working condition
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience: 1 year of work experience as a Plasterer
- Education: Completion of secondary school
- Language: Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
