We’re looking for an Applied Chiller Service Technician in San Jose, CA to service, diagnose, and repair commercial chillers and large HVAC systems.

Responsibilities
-
Service and repair air- and water-cooled chillers (screw, centrifugal, magnetic)

Perform diagnostics, teardowns, and major repairs
-
Support system startups and commissioning

Communicate clearly with customers and complete service reports
-
Follow safety protocols and manufacturer standards
Requirements
Must-Haves
-
12+ years in commercial HVAC
-
5+ years working with applied systems and chillers
-
Hands-on experience with screw and centrifugal units
-
Based in the San Jose area with a solid work record
-
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Nice-to-Haves
-
OEM certifications (Trane, York, Carrier, etc.)
-
Centrifugal teardown experience
-
EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30
-
Bonus: BAS or controls experience
