Our services include 30-day job postings, contingency recruitment, and retained recruitment. Here’s a breakdown of our rates:

  • 30-day job posting: $99 + tax: Includes posting your job on the Red Seal Recruiting Job board and sending you applicant resumes as they come in.
  • Contingency Recruitment: Rates range from 20.63% to 28.45% of the candidate’s annual salary, depending on the role. This service includes automated messaging, access to millions of candidates, job board advertising, resume screening, compensation analysis, targeted search & selection, reference checking, and a full warranty with no upfront cost.
  • Retained Recruitment: Rates range from 25% to 33% of the estimated annual total compensation.

Can I work with other recruiters, or do we need to sign with you exclusively?

While we prefer exclusivity to ensure optimal results, we understand the need for flexibility. However, using multiple agencies can dilute your brand and increase workload. We’re open to discussing your specific needs and finding the best arrangement for your company.

How does your recruiting process work?

We start by understanding your company’s specific needs, and then we source, screen, and present candidates who best match your requirements. We handle everything, from initial outreach to final negotiations.

What is your guarantee/warranty? What happens if we hire someone and it doesn’t work out?

For contingency and retained hires, we offer a replacement at no cost if the candidate is terminated within a predefined time period. However, there’s no warranty for our 30-day job posting service.

Can you send me an agreement/contract?

We typically don’t send legal agreements until both parties have a clear understanding of each other’s needs. However, we’re happy to provide basic information about our services, rates, and warranty to help you make an informed decision.

How many candidates do you have for a particular role?

We’ve worked with a significant number of candidates for various roles in the past. While not all may be actively seeking jobs, we maintain contact and inform them of new opportunities.

Can you send me some candidates as an example?
